big bed clean room amazing basilica view
The room was really good, a great size, and VERY clean. this particular room offered an AMAZING view of st peter's basilica. staff were AMAZING, polite, and helpful. the breakfast was varied and tasty. I was not left wanting.
the air conditioning did not work well. while the thermostat read 18°c, my thermometer showed 25°c.

the front desk staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. they explained getting around, answered questions patiently, and called taxis. the staff made sure i had everything i needed and gave me needed information. the staff were consistently attentive and professional.

helpful staff amazing views clean room convenient proximity
the staff was very helpful and courteous. i found the rooftop bar offered amazing views, great for evening relaxation. the room was clean, serviced daily. the hotel's proximity to the vatican was definitely convenient.
I found the walls to be a bit thin. Noise traveled easily between rooms.
